Whether it's daily monitoring or long-term trend tracking, it can make your health data clear and orderly, and keep it at your fingertips anytime and anywhere.

PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY
Hemosphere Pro operates on a "Privacy-by-Default" architecture. We recognize the extreme sensitivity of health information, and our technical systems are built to ensure that we never gain access to your medical records.
1. Local-Only Data Residency
Hemosphere Pro is a digital journal for recording blood pressure and related health metrics.
Storage Isolation: All health data you input—including systolic/diastolic readings, pulse rates, and personal notes—is stored locally on your device.
Zero Cloud Transmission: We do not operate a centralized cloud database. Your health trends are never uploaded, mirrored, or synced to any external server managed by Hemosphere Pro.
No Account Required: You can use all features of the app without creating an account or providing an email address.
2. Technical Telemetry and Third-Party Platforms
To maintain app stability and measure our growth, we integrate specific third-party service providers. These platforms process technical metadata, not your health records.
Firebase (Google): We use this for crash reporting. If the app encounters a technical failure, a pseudonymized log is generated to help us fix the bug.
Analytics and Attribution (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These tools help us understand which marketing campaigns led to an installation. They process device-level technical identifiers, such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Strict Boundary: These third parties are contractually prohibited from accessing your local health database. They only "see" non-sensitive app interaction events.
3. Legal Grounds for Data Processing
Our processing of information—however minimal—is conducted under these legal frameworks:
Contractual Necessity: Processing local inputs is required to provide the tracking and visualization services you have requested.
Legitimate Interests: We use technical, pseudonymized identifiers to ensure the security of the app and to optimize our commercial visibility.
4. Your Data Subject Rights
We uphold the following rights for all Hemosphere Pro users:
Right of Access: You have the right to request access to any personal data we hold. Since your health data is local, you can access it directly in the app. For technical logs, you may contact our DPO.
Right to Rectification: You can correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You have full control to edit or delete your blood pressure entries directly within the app at any time.
Right to Know About Sharing: You have the right to know if your data is shared. Hemosphere Pro only shares non-identifiable technical metadata with the partners listed in Section 2.
Right to Know About Selling: You have the right to know if your data is sold. Hemosphere Pro does not, and will never, sell your personal or health data.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the deletion of your data. Deleting the Hemosphere Pro app from your device immediately and permanently wipes your entire health history.
5. Retention Policy: Time and Circumstances
Health Data: This data is retained on your device for as long as the application remains installed. Because we have no cloud backup, if you delete the app, the data is removed instantly and cannot be recovered.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by our third-party partners is retained for the minimum period necessary for aggregate performance analysis—typically 12 to 24 months—before being purged or fully anonymized.
6. Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms
You can control the sharing of technical data through these methods:
System Settings: To stop sharing technical identifiers for analytics, enable "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) in your device's privacy settings.
Selling Opt-Out: Because we do not sell data, there is no "sale" to opt out of; however, using the system settings above prevents any commercial data sharing with partners.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)
Hemosphere Pro is NOT a medical device and is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is a logging tool only. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information seen in the app. Always consult a qualified physician for any health concerns or before making any medical decisions based on your recorded data.
3. Usage Prohibitions
You agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
Use the app for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this agreement.
Remove any proprietary notices or branding from the software.
4. Intellectual Property
The Hemosphere Pro name, branding, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemosphere Pro and its creators shall not be liable for any damages (including health-related complications, data loss, or device failure) resulting from your use of the application. The app is provided "AS IS."
6. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you (via uninstallation) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
